AN 1860s SHEEP STATION

Transformed

Originally established as an out station in the 1860s for the Learmonth Brothers Estate, Spring Vale Farm provided the base for the brother's vast sheep station. In the 1990s Marilyn and Philip purchased the property and began transforming the old blue stone stables into the beautiful home it is today.

The magnificent bluestone homestead is now surrounded by fabulous gardens with various garden rooms, a spring fed dam and a picturesque one thousand tree apple orchard producing award winning apple cider.

Sharing Marilyn’s passion for the beauty of the property and a desire to see it used to its full potential, Linette has partnered with Marilyn to deliver a multifunctional site perfect for those wanting to experience a unique regional location for their special occasion.
