Your Wedding Weekend

Spend the Friday night before your wedding with your nearest and dearest staying in the homestead.

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing in the birch trees whilst the wild ducks paddle along the dam edge. We pride ourselves on assuring a sublimely perfect and relaxed way to begin your big day. Enjoy your breakfast basket filled with local produce while you anticipate the arrival of your makeup artist and hairdresser.  We’ll pop in through the morning to ensure that you have hot and cold drinks and to attend to anything that you may require. A beautiful gourmet lunch basket packed with delicious food will ensure that you don’t go hungry before your magical moment. Tea and coffee throughout the day is also included.

We are here to provide something for you and your guests to look back on in years to think ‘wow, what a fantastic day’. At Orchard we feel that offering a beautiful garden wedding venue for the entire weekend assures a long lasting and joyous memories.

Our package includes two nights’ accommodation for up to 10 guests staying in our magnificent homestead and apartment.

Once you have chosen from one of our stunning garden locations to host your outdoor wedding ceremony - we provide a signing table, two chairs along with 24 white chairs and 4 market umbrellas for your guests.

While you are off having your photos taken, we will guide your guests to the next location of your choice enabling them to enjoy canapés and drinks at one of our sun-drenched areas overlooking the dam or in the shade of the palms with the sound of water spilling over the fountain.  The choice is yours.

With a multitude of areas to set up games for your guests, why not join them before your celebrations really kick in and you move to your wedding reception. Whether it’s an open-air sit-down celebration or a cocktail style event, we are the perfect venue. Our purpose-built croquet lawn is an ideal spot overlooking the dam to set up a marquee.

At the end of the night, farewell your guests before retiring to your own private wing of the homestead and spend your wedding night enjoying that last glass of our Award-Winning Cider before drifting off to sleep.
