Orchards at Spring Vale Farm, just 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Ballarat, offers affordable, stylish midweek and limited weekend private estate weddings for up 30 guests.
Unique in so many ways, our estate provides a blank canvas for you to add your creative flare and deliver the wedding day you have always dreamed of.
Imagine holding your ceremony in the secret garden, surrounded by original dry-stone walls and stunning birch trees or on the sunny north terrace with its water feature as a backdrop. For the colder months, a ceremony in the main sitting room is ideal with its breathtaking views.
With so many beautiful locations to hold your ceremony, it’s up to you to decide which one you and your guests will fall in love with.
While you have your photos taken, your guests can wander our beautiful gardens and take in the magic that is, Orchards at Spring Vale Farm.
Our five-hour venue-hire packages (ceremony and celebration) includes
- Our own in-house Marriage Celebrant (at an additional cost)
- Access to our estate to drop off items in the leadup to your ceremony
- On site venue manager to coordinate set up and to assist on the day
- Ample on-site parking for guests
- Usher to welcome guests as they arrive
- A choice of ceremony area, signing table and two chairs
- Wet weather options for ceremony
- Numerous picturesque locations for photos including our wonderful orchards
Option 1 (20-30 GUESTS)
A four-hour package served in the homestead atrium or on the north
terrace includes the following:
- Grazing table including a selection of canapes
- Our own Award-Winning cider made from apples grown on the estate served as a celebratory drink
- BYO drinks served by our staff
- Tea and coffee
Option 2 (20-30 GUESTS)
A four-hour sit-down package created by one of our local chefs and served in a garden setting, under the homestead verandah or in the homestead atrium includes the following:
- Canapes
- Main Course
- Desert
- BYO drinks served by our staff
- Tea and coffee
Why not stay a little longer
Our 1860s bluestone homestead accommodates up to six guests at an additional cost. Two night stays are available subject to availability.
