We liaise with and coordinate your chosen suppliers so you can enjoy your weekend with friends and family. Whether you choose an open-air celebration in the gardens with fairy lights and umbrellas or hire a marquee overlooking the dam for a more formal evening, Orchards has the location to deliver a memorable evening.

Our Ceremony and Wedding Package include:
- Our preferred provider list which includes celebrants, caterers, marquee hire companies etc
- Access to our venue in the lead up to your wedding to drop off items
- On site venue manager to coordinate set up and pack down and to assist on your
wedding day - Ample on-site parking for your guests
- Ushers to welcome your guest as they arrive
- A choice of ceremony areas including market umbrellas and 24 white chairs
- Signing table and two chairs
- Wet weather option for Ceremony (homestead atrium/homestead verandah)
- Toilet hire
- Water and power access across all sites (including backup 12kva generator at no extra cost)
- Choice of various marquee sites (cost of marquee, tables, chairs etc not
included in the price) - Numerous picturesque locations for your photos including in our wonderful orchards
- Recommendations on great Ballarat venues to hold your recovery.
- Two night accommodation in our beautiful homestead for up to 10 guests
- Access to our tennis court, gym and pool room so the boys can relax on the morning of your wedding
- Bridal suite prepared for your wedding night
